Ahead of Donald Trump return to the White House on 20 January 2025, he has promised actions on issues including Iran, the Zionist entity’s war on Gaza Strip and the war in Ukraine. As Donald Trump prepares for his second term of US presidency, his team has put a plan to topple Iran regime, which includes: intensifying ‘maximum pressure’ campaign against Iran, aiming to curb Iran’s nuclear ambitions, making a new nuclear deal with Iran, with the aim of conducting rapid negotiations, helping the Zionist entity against Iranian influence, strengthening various deals with Arab allies and reviving Arab-Zionist normalisation agreements.
Further, Trump has vowed to end wars in West Asia, without offering much details. Regarding the war in Gaza, he has declared his support for Zionist military operations, with unwavering political and diplomatic backing. He calls for Zionists to end war in Gaza quickly, with the goal of reaching a solution by January 2025. Trump has stated that it is “very difficult” to achieve a two-state solution, yet he has committed to putting brakes on “endless wars” while strengthening Israel’s security. Trump also claimed he could achieve peace between Ukraine and Russia within 24 hours, though he did not mention any specific plans. Likewise, he has criticised the current US aid to Ukraine, saying it fuels the conflict and supports Ukraine.
High-Ranking officials in Trump’s upcoming Administration
After Donald Trump won mandate for a second-term in the White House, his new team has started taking shape. President-elect Donald Trump has selected Republican member of the House of representatives Mike Waltz for the role of national security adviser. Waltz has appeared in a past video during the testification of the current Secretary of State “Blinken” before the House of Representatives, criticising the conduct of Biden administration towards Iran. According to Zionist media, his appointment is a warning to Tehran, and he is considered a “big lover of Israel”.
Further, Trump has hired Marco Rubio, as Secretary of State, who supports (alongwith new National Security Advisor Waltz) an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities and calls for “defeating Hamas and Hezbollah”. He also considers withdrawal of US forces from Syria a “big mistake”, and opposes normalisation with Bashar al-Asad. Trump has also named real estate investor and his presidential campaign donor Steve Witkoff as his special envoy to West Asia – North Africa (WANA) region. Steve is a Jew and has in the past criticised Democrats for not supporting Netanyahu enough.
Trump has nominated Mike Huckabee, a strong defender of Israel, to serve as United States ambassador to Israel. Trump announced that John Ratcliffe as his pick to lead the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Ratcliffe is a big supporter of Trump in many of his decisions regarding immigration and restricting entry of some nationalities into America.
Trump has picked Ohio Senator J.D. Vance to be his vice presidential running mate. Vance has in the past criticised the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, intervention in Libya and military assistance to Ukraine.
